- Compliance with knowledge base articles, customer EHRs, and portals is essential for workflow task completion.
- Reviewing and updating knowledge base articles for accuracy ensures the quality of the content.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with electronic medical record systems is required.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Cerner, Epic, eCW, Allscripts, and/or Athena is highly desirable.
- Ability to work remotely in a HIPAA compliant environment is necessary.
- Adaptability and flexibility are key skills for success in this position.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
