Subject Matter Expert Role

As a Subject Matter Expert, you will be the go-to expert behind our team's success. This role requires flexibility and availability across rotating schedules, including evenings, weekends, or holidays, as assigned by the business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Answering real-time queries from team members via internal chat
  • Troubleshooting issues in various marketing tools
  • Assisting in escalations by completing urgent tasks during critical retention periods
  • Creating how-to resources, videos, and SOPs to plug recurring knowledge gaps
  • Collaborating with teams to improve systems and prevent repeat issues

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • 2–3 years' experience in digital marketing, VA support, or SME roles
  • Familiarity with at least 5 of the following: Canva, ChatGPT, ClickFunnels, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, GoHighLevel, Shopify, Mailchimp
  • Excellent written communication and structured problem-solving
  • Ability to explain complex tools in simple terms
  • Strong attention to detail and process-oriented thinking
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts across 24/7 schedules as required
