About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to drive growth and scale our affiliate and TikTok Shop ecosystem.

This role combines affiliate program management, TikTok Shop setup, influencer partnerships, and user-generated content (UGC) pipeline building. You will launch our TikTok Shop from scratch, grow affiliate networks, and turn creators into revenue-driving partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Launch and manage TikTok Shop/Seller Center from scratch (catalog, listings, payouts, workflows).
  • Define commission structures and creator onboarding flows.
  • Partner with designers to refine product listings, visuals, and ad creatives for maximum conversion.
Affiliate Program Management
  • Manage and scale affiliate programs on ShareASale, UpPromote, and similar platforms.
  • Recruit, activate, and retain high-performing affiliates across YouTube, SEO, blogs, and niche communities.
  • Maintain accurate attribution, payouts, and dashboards, reporting performance weekly.
Creator and Community Leadership
  • Build and manage a central hub (Slack/Discord) for affiliates and creators.
  • Keep partners engaged with campaign briefs, contests, AMAs, newsletters, and shoutouts.
Collaboration and Operations
  • Work directly with the leadership team to align goals, timelines, and budget.
  • Build and refine SOPs for seeding, creator approvals, content briefs, and payout cycles.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in affiliate/influencer marketing; TikTok Shop/Seller Center experience is a significant plus.
  • Fluency with ShareASale, UpPromote (or similar), and knowledge of designing incentives, tiers, and contests that actually move revenue.
  • Data-driven: comfortable with UTM structures, platform attribution, cohort/ROI insights, and weekly reporting.
