Customer Growth Strategy Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to drive customer growth through strategic planning and execution.

Job Description:

The Customer Growth Strategy role is responsible for delivering consistent, competitive, and profitable growth by translating business strategies into holistic category growth programs across various channels.

This requires an in-depth understanding of category-channel portfolio opportunities and competitiveness, leading to the development and deployment of strong shopper and trade marketing programs activating the 4Ps (product, price, place, promo) that consider category trends/opportunities, shopper needs, and retailer/channel priorities, while ensuring investment efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deploy category growth strategy for multiple channels, including a comprehensive distribution strategy across the eRTM, based on category data, shopper insights, and retailer/channel opportunities and landing Design4Channel programs and activations.
  • Define robust category commercial plans and determine the right investment model to deliver competitive and profitable business results in key channels.
  • Develop a category channel execution blueprint to ensure our brands reach and win shoppers at both physical and digital shelves.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across marketing, sales, supply chain, and finance to drive category-channel growth agenda internally.
Essential Skills:
  • Data-driven decision making: analyzes data to translate it into actionable insights to create category growth programs.
  • Strategic influencing: drives category agenda with different high-level stakeholders and partners to deliver business objectives.
  • Project Management and Communication skills: manages project networks and communicates effectively with cross-functional partners to land projects and shared objectives OTIF.
