Senior Growth Marketing Specialist Job Description

This role involves planning, executing, and optimizing paid acquisition strategies across key platforms to drive high-quality leads, lower customer acquisition cost, and ensure brand reach.

  • Develop compelling ad copy and collaborate with the design team on visuals that perform.
  • Track KPIs, measure ROI, and provide actionable insights using tools like Google Analytics 4 and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

As a Senior Growth Marketing Specialist, you will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to drive pipeline generation and cost-efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Paid Channel Management: Own and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads (Bing), and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Conversion-Focused Campaigns: Build and manage full-funnel campaigns designed to generate qualified leads and demos for the sales team.
  • Ad Creative & Copywriting: Develop compelling ad copy and collaborate with the design team on visuals that perform.
  • Landing Page Optimization: Work with the web and content team to ensure ad traffic converts.
  • Budget Allocation: Allocate resources to maximize pipeline generation and cost-efficiency.
  • Audience Targeting: Continuously test and refine targeting strategies, including job titles, industries, and company sizes.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B performance/growth marketing roles.
  • Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads (Microsoft Ads is a plus).
  • Proven track record of generating leads and optimizing campaigns for conversions in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset and experience working with performance dashboards and marketing analytics tools.
  • Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in life sciences, medtech, or regulated industries is a plus.
