Strategic Business Development Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to collaborate with stakeholders and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Develop detailed technical specifications and user stories that meet business objectives.
- Conduct feasibility studies and impact analysis for new features or changes to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Perform Business Requirements Gathering & Analysis with various stakeholders, including Product Managers and end-users.
- Develop comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and User Stories for development and QA teams.
- Work closely with QA teams to ensure requirements are clear, measurable, and testable; define test cases, acceptance criteria, and expected system behavior.
- Participate in requirement walkthroughs with QA teams to clarify scenarios before test case design and ensure traceability between requirements and test cases.
- Document process flows, data flow diagrams, and system workflows to maintain a comprehensive requirement/change log.
- Support UAT planning, execution, and validation; assist in defect triaging and verification of fixes against business objectives.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to align requirements with testing strategies and system capabilities.
- Identify process inefficiencies and propose automation or workflow improvements to enhance business efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, System Analysis, or Requirements Engineering.
- Strong background in requirement gathering, documentation, and UAT support.
- Proven ability to collaborate with QA teams to ensure requirements are testable and traceable.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders, Product Managers, and Solution Architects.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of agile development methodologies.
- Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP) or quality assurance (e.g., ISTQB) is an asset.
- Leadership and mentoring experience for coaching junior members.
