Job Summary

We are seeking an accomplished Business Development Manager to spearhead our company's growth strategy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

This role requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in business development, sales, and marketing. You must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients at all levels.

Responsibilities
  1. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and market analysis.
  2. Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, follow-up, and exceptional service delivery.
  3. Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships, negotiations, and contract renewals.
  4. Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform business decisions.
  5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to develop and implement business strategies, and provide support and guidance as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in any related field, preferably in Real Estate Management or a related discipline.
  • Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of experience in business development, sales, and marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and detail-oriented research, planning, and organizational skills.
