Senior UI/UX Designer

Our company seeks a highly skilled and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the development of our website and design projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end website redesigns, delivering high-quality web design solutions with best-practice UX/UI, and collaborating closely with developers to ensure smooth design-to-build handover.

  • Manage end-to-end website redesigns (primarily WordPress, sometimes Webflow)
  • Deliver polished, high-performing web design solutions with best-practice UX/UI
  • Balance hands-on design work with guiding project direction and supporting team members when needed
  • Work closely with developers to ensure seamless design-to-build transition
Requirements:
  • 5+ years experience in an advertising agency, creative studio, or media organization with focus on design implementation for diverse clients and styles
  • Proven UX Research & Strategy experience (Wireframing, User Flows, Prototyping, Information Architecture)
  • Understanding of content marketing design principles
  • Proven project management skills with ability to prioritize and organize time for self and team to meet deadlines
  • Fluent in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Business Suite
