Lead Modeler Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Lead Modeler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in structural design and be proficient in Revit, Tekla, and other relevant software.

The successful applicant will be responsible for producing high-quality structural drawings and models, ensuring that they meet the required standards. They will also be expected to execute project plans, coordinate with clients, and participate in continuous improvement activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce structural drawings and models that meet quality standards
  • Execute project plans and coordinate with clients
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities
  • Ensure construction documents are accurately modeled

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Autodesk Certified Professional: Revit for Structural Design
  • 3+ years of full-time work experience in structural design
  • Experience in mid-sized structural projects ($5M - $50M)
  • Working knowledge of concrete, steel, wood, light gauge, and/or masonry design
  • Strong organization, oral, and written communication skills
