This fixed-term, project-based engagement offers an exciting opportunity to work on impactful digital design projects, directly shaping user experiences with your expertise.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Take client briefs, leading users through wireframing, design, and implementation, while ensuring requirements are met and design solutions are effectively communicated.
  • Develop wireframes, low and high fidelity desktop and mobile prototypes for various clients, justifying and articulating design decisions, and implementing feedback from stakeholders.
  • Work with the front-end development team to handover designs, test completed products, lead 'work in progress' meetings with clients, and present implemented feedback and instructional sessions.
Requirements:
  • At least 4 years of experience in UI design, with 1 year of leading projects from start to finish.
  • Expert-level skills in Figma, including preparing designs for handover to developers and creating prototypes that help clients visualize and understand the design.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CMS and working with templates or themes, as well as experience in designing consumer-facing websites and apps.
  • Strong communication skills, confident in explaining ideas clearly to different types of people and interacting confidently with clients and development teams.
Desired Skills:
  • Experience working with remote teams across different time zones, and familiarity with HTML/CSS for basic template customization.
