Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to shape the user experience of our digital products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct user research to understand user needs and pain points
  • Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences
  • Design visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces, adhering to brand guidelines and design system standards
  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure seamless handoff and accurate implementation
  • Create and maintain design documentation, including style guides, design systems, and user personas
  • Iterate on designs based on user feedback, data analysis, and usability testing results
  • Advocate for user needs across the product lifecycle, using data and insights to guide decisions
  • Stay current with UX/UI trends, best practices, and tools to continually raise the design quality bar

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your design process, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs for web applications
  • Experience creating responsive, mobile-first designs and working with design systems
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar)
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability heuristics, and interaction design patterns
  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing
  • Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
  • Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
  • Experience designing for accessibility (WCAG)
  • You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with cross-functional teams
  • Experience working on SaaS products or in agile development environments
