We are seeking a seasoned consultant to join our team and help clients maximize the potential of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business analysis including review of existing processes and systems, identification of areas for improvement and development of strategic plans.
  • Designing and implementing marketing automation strategies that deliver meaningful customer experiences through Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Mobile Studio.
  • Leading end-to-end Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations, including configuration, data migration, and integration with other platforms.
  • System configuration and customisation in line with solution design and best practices.
  • Developing and executing automated marketing campaigns.

You will work closely with stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams to achieve business success through effective use of Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Your deep understanding of its capabilities, automation, and data-driven marketing strategies makes you a trusted advisor.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation, configuration, and strategy.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications required.
  • Proficiency with Marketing Cloud Studios and Builders.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales cloud and Service Cloud solutions.
  • Strong Data Analysis skills are required.
