">We are currently seeking a talented Help Desk Specialist to join our esteemed team. As a Help Desk Specialist, you will be responsible for providing first-rate customer support via phone, email, and chat platforms. Your primary objective will be to analyze and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
">Required Skills and Qualifications

- Preferably with at least 6 months CSR experience">
- Excellent verbal and written English Communication Skills">
- Average Typing Speed of 45-50 WPM">
- Knowledge of e-Commerce and Retailing is a plus">
- Excellent and able to Multi-task on the following:">
- ">
- Answering email inquiries">
- Able to do Inbound Calls">
- Able to do Outbound Calls for Callbacks">
- Fast learner & highly trainable with good analytical skills">
- Team player and able to work with less supervision">
- Knowledge using Microsoft Excel Files">
- Good problem solver & a Positive attitude">
- Willing to work on the graveyard shift, weekends & holidays">
- Must be willing to work graveyard shifts, weekends, and holidays">
- Well-organized, Responsible, and Initiative">
- Independent with positive work ethics and passion to succeed">
- Can Multi-task answering email inquiries, chatting with store visitors & entertaining calls">
- Willing to start immediately">
