Help Desk Process Improvement Specialist

Drake International Philippines seeks a highly skilled Technical Support Services Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our IT Help Desk.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving process improvements, standardization, and effective communication within a dynamic team environment.
Key responsibilities include conducting direct observation and analysis of Level 1 Help Desk operations to document current workflows, troubleshooting steps, and best practices.
Developing interactive training sessions, guides, and video tutorials will also be a critical component of this role.
In addition, you will identify gaps in support workflows and recommend enhancements to ensure efficiency and service quality.
To be successful in this position, you must have at least 5 years of experience in the IT industry, with a focus on technical documentation and/or help desk support.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to train and coach outsourced IT support teams are also essential.
