Help Desk Operations Supervisor

Vervent seeks an experienced Help Desk Operations Supervisor to assist the Director of IT Operations with managing help desk operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing help desk tickets, resolving technical issues, and collaborating with the IT team to identify areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and prioritize help desk tickets and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to identify and address technical issues and areas for improvement.
  • Analyze and report on help desk metrics and trends to inform business decisions.
  • Provide guidance and training to junior help desk staff as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in IT support and help desk management.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of ITIL framework.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
