Vervent seeks an experienced IT Help Desk Lead to manage and oversee all aspects of help desk operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Director of IT Operations with managing tickets, staff development, employee provisioning, and PC compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and prioritize help desk tickets and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve help desk operations and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the IT team to identify and address technical issues and areas for improvement.
- Analyze and report on help desk metrics and trends to inform business decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT support and help desk management.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of ITIL framework.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
