IT Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled IT Technical Support Specialist to provide remote technical assistance and troubleshooting across various platforms. This role requires strong analytical skills, proactive thinking, and effective communication abilities.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace tenants
  • Troubleshoot issues in QuickBooks Desktop and Online environments
  • Use NinjaRMM and ticketing tools to monitor and resolve incidents
  • Create and maintain IT scripts for automation and task optimization
  • Respond to, track, and resolve IT support tickets within defined service level agreements
  • Communicate effectively via Microsoft Teams and maintain high service standards
  • Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and common issues for the knowledge base
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Mandatory Skills:
  • Minimum 2 years of IT support experience
  • Proficient in troubleshooting Microsoft and Google Workspace issues
  • Hands-on experience with RMM and ticketing systems
  • Basic to intermediate scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash, or others)
  • Familiarity with accounting software, especially QuickBooks
  • Strong communication and remote collaboration skills

  • Google Workspace Admin Console
  • NinjaRMM & Gam Ninja Ticketing Tool
