Job Details

We are seeking a skilled and organized professional to manage our properties and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to incoming calls and provide general administrative assistance.
  • Process invoices in our designated accounting system (training provided).
  • Handle email correspondence and notify tenants of rent adjustments.
  • Assist with arranging property viewings and coordinating with potential renters.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in an office setting (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and basic software applications.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  • A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability to new tools and processes.
