Job Title: Business Systems Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and planning the implementation of business systems to ensure operational efficiencies and enhance business enablement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the implementation of new business systems, including requirements management and business case development
  • Manage performance and functionality of existing systems to ensure improvement
  • Manage organisational platforms for reporting and analytics
  • Manage unit's resources (finance and people)
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Business Science/ICT/Information Systems or related field
  • At least 6-8 years' experience in system implementation, maintenance and support, with at least 3-5 years' experience as a Business Analyst in a process/service-oriented organization
  • Knowledge of financial modelling as it pertains to IT investment
  • Knowledge and experience in ERP system implementation
  • Knowledge and experience in software development life cycle, processes and methodologies
  • Knowledge and experience in information systems management
