Job Overview

As a Business Systems Leader, you will oversee the development and implementation of business systems to enhance operational efficiency and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement new business systems to improve process efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage the performance and functionality of existing systems to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Lead the management of organisational platforms for reporting and analytics.
  • Manage unit's resources (finance and people) effectively.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor Degree (NQF Level 7) in Computer Science/Business Science/ICT/Information Systems or related field.
  • 6 – 8 years experience in system implementation, maintenance and support, of which at least 3 – 5 years experience as a Business Analyst in a process/service-oriented organisation.
  • Knowledge of financial modelling as it pertains to IT investment.
  • Knowledge and experience in ERP system implementation.
  • Knowledge and experience in software development life cycle, processes and methodologies.
  • Knowledge and experience in information systems management.
  • Knowledge and understanding of strategic planning formulation and implementation.
  • Knowledge and experience in IT project management, in particular Business Systems.
  • Analytical skills, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
