Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Purchasing Assistant to join our team at Gainstrong Careers. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring seamless supply chain operations, and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Procurement Planning: Forecasting supplies needs, creating purchase orders, and tracking inventory levels.
  • Supply Chain Management: Coordinating shipments, monitoring stock allocation, and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Vendor Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure high-quality products and services.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Preparing weekly and monthly reports, analyzing data, and making informed decisions to drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in purchasing or procurement roles.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
