**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team as a Project Cost Estimator and Procurement Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing accurate cost estimates for materials and labor required for various construction projects.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials and labor required for construction projects.
  • Procure subcontractors who can work efficiently on project sites.
  • Measure and evaluate work done onsite to ensure it meets quality standards.
  • Source and select construction materials that meet project requirements.
  • Prepare reports and updates on project progress.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
