Marketplace Operations Specialist

This is a key role in our organization, responsible for driving the success of product listings on Target+. The specialist will focus on optimization and management to ensure each product listing is fully optimized for visibility and sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and manage listings to prevent health issues from arising.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot publishing creative content and communicate effectively among involved parties.
  • Oversee catalog management, ensuring accurate and current product information and correct categorization for optimal search and browsing.

Working closely with Creative and SEO teams, this individual will acquire approved creative content, including Listing Photos, Enhanced Brand Content, Brand Stories, Video Content, and Storefronts. They will also work with Channel Manager to update product attributes, categories, and create variations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience working with Amazon, Target, or Target+
  • Highly organized
  • Proficiency in Excel
