Streamline Operations with a Tech-Savvy Business Analyst

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Operational Excellence team as a Business Systems Analyst. In this role, you will play a key part in optimizing the tools, systems, and workflows that drive our operations.

As a Business Systems Analyst, your primary focus will be on streamlining processes, automating workflows, and empowering teams through technology. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, implement changes, and ensure alignment with business goals and operational standards.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about turning complexity into clarity and enabling teams to work more efficiently. If you have experience in tools and systems optimization, process improvement, and automation, we want to hear from you

  • Optimize Internal Tools & Automations & User Enablement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Data Analytics, IT, Engineering or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in tools and systems optimization, process improvement and automation, or business systems support in fast-paced IT industry or software environment
  • Proven hands-on experience configuring and improving collaboration and process tools such as Jira, Confluence, HubSpot or similar platforms to support workflow automation and operational efficiency
  • Strong facilitation and collaboration skills to gather input, troubleshoot issues, and align diverse teams and stakeholders
  • High attention to detail with a continuous improvement mindset
