Contact Center Leadership Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Contact Center Leadership Specialist to join our team at Transcom Worldwide. In this role, you will be responsible for leading high-performing teams of analysts and contributing to the development of strategic plans to optimize contact center operations.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement WFM processes for contact centers in conjunction with cross-functional departments
- Conduct regular meetings with team members to communicate key information and provide guidance
- Provide leadership, direction, and growth opportunities to members of the department
As a seasoned professional with at least 5 years of experience in workforce management, you possess a strong knowledge of real-time management, scheduling, and workload forecasting. Your expertise in managing geographically dispersed teams and supporting inbound contact centers is highly valued.
Qualifications:- College graduate with a degree in business or a technical field
- Minimum 5 years of workforce management experience in a contact center environment
- Proven track record of leadership and team management skills
