Contact Center Strategy Director

We are seeking a Contact Center Strategy Director to join our team at MCI. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in contact center operations and strategy to drive business growth and excellence.
As a Contact Center Strategy Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing contact center strategies that align with corporate objectives. You will work closely with corporate leadership and require a high degree of initiative, sound judgment, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement contact center strategies
- Manage Sales Supervisors
- Oversee quality, production, and hours
- Assist with implementation of strategic sales plans
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Associate's degree and/or relevant work experience
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong supervisory experience including staff development
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
