HR Administrator Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, supporting recruitment and onboarding processes, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. They will also assist with performance management, training, and development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS systems and other relevant databases.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist with scheduling interviews, coordinating assessments, and managing the hiring process from start to finish.
  • Onboarding Support: Prepare and distribute onboarding packs, ensure a smooth Day 1 experience for new hires, and provide support with any queries they may have.
  • Compliance: Ensure all HR-related activities are compliant with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Performance Support: Assist with scheduling check-ins, feedback cycles, and training sessions, as well as updating learning and development logs and performance records.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of HR admin/assistant experience in a similar environment.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Technical proficiency in HRIS systems, spreadsheets, and Microsoft 365.
  • Proactive and solution-focused mindset with ownership, adaptability, and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
