Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a People Operations Representative.

This role requires strong operational skills and the ability to solve day-to-day employee issues in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

  • Process employee lifecycle transactions, including new hires, job changes, and terminations.
  • Provide tier 1 support for employee inquiries related to HR policies, processes, and tools.
  • Coordinate pre-hire onboarding steps and virtual I-9 processing for US employees.
  • Perform regular data audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of employee records.
  • Support basic HR reporting needs.
  • Contribute to maintaining process documentation and driving consistency across global operations.
Requirements
  • Flexibility to work cross-time zones.
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in People Operations for a global organization.
  • Familiarity with employee lifecycle processing and experience with data management in an HRIS system.
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and SharePoint).
  • Ability to analyze and validate data accurately and thoroughly.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
  • Strong professional proficiency in written and verbal English, with the ability to communicate effectively in business environments.
  • Ability to manage tasks independently, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Self-motivated and collaborative team player.
  • Commitment to continuous learning, particularly in employment laws, HR technology, and employee experience best practices.
