Job Title: Executive/Senior Executive, HR and Admin

This is a high-level executive position that oversees the entire Human Resource (HR) and Administrative functions within an organization. The role is responsible for managing day-to-day administrative activities and HR operations, ensuring seamless workflow and optimal productivity.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in HR and Admin, preferably in the telecom sector. They should possess excellent computer skills, particularly in MS Office package, and be proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting management and line managers with administrative tasks and HR operations
  • Maintaining liaison with law-enforcing agencies
  • Preparing administrative and HR letters and emails
  • Handling employee counseling and grievance matters
  • Ensuring employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health
  • Resolving administrative problems

Additional requirements include:

  • Experience in General HR, Recruitment & Selection, Compensation/Benefits/Attendance/Leave Management, Training & Development, Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct, HRIS/HR Database Management, and Performance & Career Management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on a 24X7 recall roster
  • Hardworking, smart, and honest individual

Educational requirements include:

  • MBA (Major HR/MIS) or LLB from a reputable university
