Call Quality Expert Role

The Call Quality Coach position is a critical component of our team, responsible for establishing and maintaining long-standing relationships with clients by delivering exceptional call and email assessments, coaching sessions, reporting, and training suggestions.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough quality evaluations of sales and service calls and emails to identify areas for improvement.
  • Build client rapport and facilitate feedback and coaching sessions to cater to diverse learning styles.
  • Deliver remote induction and training sessions to foster strong relationships with clients.
  • Contribute to training strategy and deliverables to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Recognize and capitalize on sales opportunities to enhance customer experience programs and staff engagement.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales or customer service roles, with a proven track record of assessing inbound and outbound calls and emails.
  • Strong leadership or coaching skills, with adaptable approaches to support diverse teams and individuals.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a commitment to integrity in all client interactions and feedback processes.
  • A customer-centric work ethic focused on delivering value and satisfaction.
