We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through various communication channels.

Responsibilities:
- Providing high-quality customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Responding to customer complaints and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude, even in difficult situations.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Good English communication skills, especially in the written word.
- Availability for work in shifts and during weekends (our support is available 24/7, 365 days a year).
- Strong desire for learning new things.
- Problem-solving aptitude.
