Job Description:

The Customer Operations Coordinator, Supply Chain Excellence will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless customer experiences and operational efficiency within our global supply chain. Key responsibilities include coordinating customer escalations, expedites, and allocations to guarantee fair and prioritized service for growth customers.

This role also involves evaluating excess material for optimal disposition, managing customer returns, contributing to product lifecycle initiatives to optimize the catalog and reduce inventory burden, and assisting with special projects that benefit the Supply Chain team or enhance customer experience.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and contribute to informed decisions. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer support, operations, or a similar role, preferably within the semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing industry.
  • Familiarity with global customer support and ERP systems (e.g., Oracle).
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and contribute to informed decisions.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
