Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and manage client appointments in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, employees, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Assist employees with software-related issues and provide support where needed.
  • Manage trouble tickets and act as a liaison between internal teams and external software providers.
  • Verify employee working sessions and clock-in/clock-out records to ensure accuracy.
  • Collect and verify employees' timesheets for payroll purposes.
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in scheduling or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field is required.
  • Self-motivated and proactive individual with creative problem-solving skills.
  • Dependable, organized, and reliable professional with a strong sense of responsibility.
