We are seeking an accomplished Planning Engineer to ensure the successful execution of Engineering, Procurement, and Construction projects. This role requires a skilled professional with experience in high-rise building projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and manage project schedules, ensuring alignment with client milestones and requirements.
  • Establish a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), define activities, and scope work to ensure clarity and efficiency in project execution.
  • Monitor and update project schedules weekly based on actual physical progress tracked daily on-site.
  • Analyze earned value and generate S-curves, histograms, and progress measurement reports to track planned vs. actual progress.
  • Manage resources and costs effectively, creating and maintaining a resource-loaded schedule for optimal project efficiency.
  • Perform forensic delay and critical path analysis, identifying areas for improvement and proposing mitigation strategies.
  • Communicate project status to stakeholders, including clients, proponents, and BV PMO.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Licensed Civil Engineer or relevant engineering discipline.
  • Solid experience as a Project Planner/Scheduler in high-rise building projects.
  • Expertise in Primavera P6, MS Project, PowerPoint, and MS Office.
  • Strong understanding of Design, Procurement, Construction, and Close-out processes.
  • Familiarity with Project Management Consultancy (PMC) and Project Management Team (PMT) environments.
