Job Title: Support Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to coordinate administrative tasks, manage relationships with government agencies, and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with government agencies on permits and licenses
  • Develop administration and maintenance processes
  • Transportation coordination is an advantage
  • Purchasing knowledge is an advantage
  • Familiarity and understanding of Occupational Safety & Health standards

Requirements:

  • Computer operations and software applications such as Microsoft Windows/ Offices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
  • Analytical thinking skills and decision making skills
  • Attention to details and accuracy
  • Willingness to handle multi-tasking activities
