Lead Digital Workplace Transformation

This role is responsible for driving conglomerate-wide adoption of Digital Workplace / Productivity technologies.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing workplace productivity tools and driving service / solution adoption across medium to large enterprises.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Stay updated on product roadmaps and new features of current workplace productivity tools.
  • Identify relevant features for employees.
  • Understand how other companies are using industry workplace solutions and identify opportunities for reapplication.
  • Design and execute adoption programs to increase adoption / usage.
  • Deploy new features or make incremental changes.
  • Support end-user inquiries and issues as the subject matter expert.

Required skills and qualifications include a degree in Computer Science, engineering or related field, or strong track record proving equivalent level of experience.

A minimum of 1-2 years of experience managing workplace productivity tools and 3 years of experience driving service / solution adoption is required.

This position requires a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices in Digital Workplace adoption.
