Job Overview

We are seeking a strategic leader to drive the adoption of digital workplace technologies across our organization.

Responsibilities
  • Stay up-to-date on product roadmaps and new features of current workplace productivity tools, identifying relevant features for employees.
  • Research industry best practices and identify opportunities to apply these solutions across our organization.
  • Assess how our current solutions are utilized, determining adoption and usage baselines.
  • Design and execute adoption programs to increase adoption and usage, incorporating training, communications, and hands-on guidance as needed.
  • Deploy new features or execute incremental changes to improve employee experience.
  • Provide expert support to end-users, addressing inquiries and issues in a timely manner.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience managing workplace productivity tools, including Microsoft Office 365 and Google Workspace.
  • 3+ years of experience driving service/solution adoption across medium to large enterprises.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal.
  • ITIL foundation certification preferred.
  • Able to multitask with strong attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Desire to learn and stay up-to-date with new areas of technology.
