Job Title: Technical Design Lead

This role is a hands-on expert responsible for the design, configuration, and continuous improvement of Microsoft 365 services across the organization. The Technical Design Lead will serve as the technical owner and subject matter expert for Microsoft 365 platforms, with a focus on performance, integration, and user experience.

  • Serve as the technical owner and subject matter expert for Microsoft 365 platforms.
  • Lead the configuration, deployment, and optimization of services across Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Power Platform, and related compliance/security tools.
  • Collaborate with architecture, cybersecurity, and infrastructure teams to ensure secure, compliant, and resilient service delivery.
  • Provide technical guidance and documentation to support platform standardization and governance in collaboration with the cybersecurity team.
  • Partner with Application Support and TBM teams to drive adoption, training, and effective use of productivity tools.
  • Support service integration across M365, Box, and other platforms within the digital workplace ecosystem.

The successful candidate will have deep expertise in Microsoft 365 platform administration and configuration (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform) and a strong scripting and automation experience (PowerShell, Power Automate, etc.). They will also have a solid understanding of M365 licensing models, tenant architecture, and service dependencies.
