Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research, communicate with stakeholders, and set appointments to drive project success.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in calendar management and meeting coordination to ensure effective teamwork.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Planner task tracking to maintain organizational systems.
  • Proficiency in Shopify admin and Printful dashboard to streamline operations.
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities to deliver high-quality results.
  • Experience in scheduling weekly team meetings and managing follow-ups to promote open communication.
  • Knowledge of travel planning (business and personal) to optimize time and resources.
  • Research, communication, and appointment setting skills to drive project success.
  • Excellent written English and communication skills to convey complex information effectively.

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience using Canva or similar tools for visual updates to enhance brand presence.
  • Basic knowledge of analytics or performance reporting to inform data-driven decisions.
