Main Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars and coordinate meetings to ensure seamless collaboration and communication among team members.
- Utilize Microsoft Planner for task tracking and scheduling to maintain productivity and efficiency.
- Schedule weekly team meetings and manage follow-ups to foster open dialogue and resolve issues promptly.
- Plan business and personal travel arrangements to optimize time and resources.
- Conduct research, communicate with stakeholders, and set appointments to drive project success.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in calendar management and meeting coordination to ensure effective teamwork.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Planner task tracking to maintain organizational systems.
- Proficiency in Shopify admin and Printful dashboard to streamline operations.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities to deliver high-quality results.
- Experience in scheduling weekly team meetings and managing follow-ups to promote open communication.
- Knowledge of travel planning (business and personal) to optimize time and resources.
- Research, communication, and appointment setting skills to drive project success.
- Excellent written English and communication skills to convey complex information effectively.
Bonus Skills:
- Experience using Canva or similar tools for visual updates to enhance brand presence.
- Basic knowledge of analytics or performance reporting to inform data-driven decisions.
- Comfort with Microsoft Planner for task management to maintain organizational systems.
