Job Overview

We are looking for an Admin Assistant / Surveyor to support office operations and field assignments. The role involves performing administrative tasks and conducting foot traffic surveys in various locations. This is a good opportunity for fresh graduates who want to gain practical experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative duties as instructed by the supervisor
  • Conduct foot traffic counts and survey activities in assigned areas
  • Assist in preparing reports and submitting collected data
  • Coordinate with internal staff for updates and documentation
  • Willing to handle both office-based and fieldwork tasks as required

Qualifications

  • At least College level or Vocational course graduate
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • With or without related work experience
  • Preferably with own motorcycle for field assignments
  • Physically fit, reliable, and willing to do fieldwork
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills
