Job Overview

We're seeking a skilled Automation Specialist to drive our automation efforts forward. This role is ideal for someone who excels at streamlining processes, integrating systems, and empowering teams to work smarter.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with operations and cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, design workflows, and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain automated workflows using n8n, ensuring efficient and reliable execution across multiple business systems.
  • Connect and synchronize Airtable, Microsoft ecosystem tools, JIRA, Basecamp, and other SaaS platforms via APIs, webhooks, and automation flows.
  • Design and implement Power Automate flows and Power Query transformations to streamline data handling, reporting, and operational dashboards.
  • Create and manage API integrations with project management, CRM, and communication tools to eliminate manual work.
  • Monitor automated workflows, troubleshoot errors, and optimize performance for reliability and scalability.
  • Maintain clear documentation for all automations and provide training or guidance to ensure solutions are sustainable.
Requirements
  • Proven experience with n8n workflow automation.
  • Strong proficiency in Airtable.
  • Skilled in Power Automate and Power Query for Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON for integrations.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA and Basecamp.
  • Bonus: Experience with Zapier, Make.com, or scripting (JavaScript/Python).
