About the Role
  • We're seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to manage both our existing sales pipeline and develop new business opportunities with emphasis on outbound efforts.
  • This person will take a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations for new business materials, creating and nurturing business opportunities and partnerships.
  • The ideal candidate will identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets.

Sales Responsibilities:

  1. Managing existing sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities with focus on outbound efforts.
  2. Developing proposals and presentations for new business materials.
  3. Benchmarking industry trends and customer drivers.
  4. Maintaining relationships with clients and prospects.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative or similar role in a B2B field.
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (email marketing, pitch presentations and cost proposals).
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas.
  • Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • BSc degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field.
