Job Title:

A key role exists for an experienced Marketing Coordinator.

About the Role

This position is responsible for supporting various marketing activities, ensuring their smooth execution and timely completion. Key responsibilities include collaborating with the team to understand and transition current tasks and ongoing projects, providing day-to-day marketing support, managing and operating Fetch and various printing platforms, and assisting with title and real estate-related marketing tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with team members to understand and transition current tasks and ongoing projects
  • Provide day-to-day marketing support, ensuring efficient execution of marketing activities
  • Manage and operate Fetch and various printing platforms
  • Assist with title and real estate-related marketing tasks (industry expertise not required, but familiarity is a plus)
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in marketing support or a related administrative role
  • Familiarity with Fetch and printing platforms is highly desirable
  • Understanding of the title and real estate industry preferred, but not required
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to quickly learn new tools and processes
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work independently
