Learning Administration Specialist

As a key member of our People (Advisory) team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to training administration activities across the organization. Your primary goal will be to maintain and update employee records using our Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring seamless end-to-end training administration processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee records using LMS
- Support training administration processes including event planning, resource allocation, and post-event follow-up
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks and meet organizational goals
- Provide customer service by responding to ad hoc queries and requests from employees and management
Requirements:
Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's/College Degree
- Minimum 1-3 years general administrative experience
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow and Microsoft Office tools
- Customer service skills required
Working as part of a tight-knit Manila team, you will have the opportunity to develop your professional knowledge and relationship building skills in a fast-paced and stimulating working environment. You will be responsible for receiving, verifying, inputting, and processing learning and development information assigned and requested by supervising managers and/or stakeholders based on agreed and communicated process guidelines.
Location & Reporting- This role is based in Manila.
- This role reports to Manager, HROD.
