Learning Management System Administrator – Compliance Training

We're looking for a Learning Management System Administrator – Compliance Training to join our Integrated Compliance Services team at MBPS. In this role, you are expected to conduct compliance training monitoring, compile statistics, and improve existing training tracking tools and follow-up mechanisms.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Conduct compliance training monitoring and follow-up by compiling statistics and enhancing training tracking tools and mechanisms.
  • Serve as the help-desk support for GCT stakeholders on the use of the compliance training platform, including exploring Compass functions, coordinating training, and responding to inquiries.
  • Perform basic LMS troubleshooting for employees.
  • Stay updated on new compliance training resources and industry developments; provide recommendations to the GCT team.
  • Research and promote digital training platform usage for GCT stakeholders.
  • Update eLearning modules and training materials as needed.
  • Support global and regional compliance campaigns and activities.
  • Assist in developing compliance professional development strategies, plans, and programs.
  • Coordinate projects with subject matter experts and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate across segments and compliance lines to enhance user experience.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned, such as instructional design or audits.
Required Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of LMS administration experience supporting compliance training and troubleshooting LMS issues.
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Technical Proficiency: Ability to explore and utilize digital training platforms and perform basic troubleshooting.
  • Communication and Collaboration Skills: Strong skills for advising stakeholders and coordinating training.
  • Adaptability and Initiative: Detail-oriented, proactive, and flexible to support global initiatives.
