Job Description:
The IT Helpdesk Engineer at Adventus Pte Ltd is responsible for delivering high-quality technical support services to our clients. This includes providing on-site and/or remote technical assistance, deploying and maintaining client computer systems, and ensuring efficient IT operations.
Key Accountabilities:
- Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or on-site visits
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems using diagnostic tools and techniques
- Deploy and maintain client computer systems, including hardware and software upgrades
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of Windows OS, AD, Office 365
- 2-3 years of relevant working experience, preferably from SI environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and positive attitude
- Good coordination and communication skills with internal and external customers
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Excellent customer management skills
