About the Role

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for users requiring technical assistance
  • Document user interactions, analyze findings, and categorize data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Prioritize managing technical issues, escalate problems to relevant teams, and maintain robust documentation to create a positive knowledge base experience
  • Recognize patterns in user behavior and suggest improvements to enhance the technology experience
  • Actively participate in efforts to improve how users interact with technology and support at Netflix
