We're looking for an experienced CRM Data Analyst to manage and optimize our customer database, ensuring sales and marketing teams have actionable insights to drive business development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Refining: Continuously refine CRM data to support strategic objectives.
  • Data Validation: Conduct reviews of historical databases to validate past inquiries.
  • Research and Analysis: Research customer profiles, projects, and public data to evaluate potential leads.
  • Opportunity Identification: Identify opportunities for re-engagement by aligning prospects with current offerings.
  • Maintenance and Analysis: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of CRM data through meticulous cleansing and updating.
  • Lead Categorization: Categorize leads based on potential, prioritizing high-impact prospects.
  • Reporting: Develop detailed reports on database health, lead potential, and actionable insights for the sales team.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to deliver well-researched leads.
  • Point of Contact: Act as a point of contact for CRM data insights, assisting teams in tailoring their outreach.
  • Database Maintenance: Maintain up-to-date records and ensure seamless database operations.
  • Lead Qualification: Enable the sales and marketing teams to focus on high-value opportunities through accurate lead qualification.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Advanced certifications in CRM systems or data analytics tools are a plus.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in CRM management, data analysis, or a similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
  • Demonstrated success in creating segmentation strategies and leading re-engagement campaigns.
