Job Title: Backend Support Virtual Assistant – Real Estate

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced professional to support our real estate business with backend technical tasks.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, be tech-savvy, and able to troubleshoot independently.

  • Manage database systems and CRM platforms
  • Oversee app notifications and troubleshoot as needed
  • Implement, monitor, and optimize lead generation automations and drip campaigns
  • Assist with back-office tasks such as data entry, reporting, and system updates
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure seamless integration of tools and systems

You will provide technical support for various real estate apps and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Database Management: Ensure database systems are up-to-date, secure, and functioning correctly.
  • CRM Platform Oversight: Monitor and manage CRM platforms to optimize performance and streamline processes.
  • Automation and Campaigns: Implement, monitor, and optimize lead generation automations and drip campaigns to improve efficiency and results.
  • Back-Office Support: Assist with data entry, reporting, and system updates to maintain accurate records and ensure smooth operations.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with team members to integrate tools and systems effectively.
