Job Title: Human Resources Associate

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to support our HR function. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in assisting with various people operations activities, ensuring the smooth execution of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Employee Engagement: Deliver an empathic and customer service-focused experience for all employees, responding to questions and inquiries, and providing high-level customer service.
  • HR Support: Assist with the full employee lifecycle, including pre-boarding, onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, employee change requests, and maintaining personnel records.
  • Documentation Management: Coordinate HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts, offer letters, change letters, and HR-related correspondence.
  • Data Management: Manage employee data in our HR system while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Process Improvement: Develop automation of HR processes to eliminate manual repetitive tasks.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Maintain the People Confluence space and Human Resources Google drive, ensuring documents are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Reporting: Report on people initiatives as required.
